TekniGuard II is a special blend of renewable oils and mineral oils with active ingredients. Formulated to produce a semi-dry oil that sticks and acts as a protective layer to stop concrete adhering to all sorts of concrete mixing and placing equipment, including pan mixers, concrete pumps, concrete lorries, brick tables etc. This makes removal of concrete that much easier by high pressure water techniques or simply taping the metal and it falls away. Can also be used as a release agent in semi-dry & dry cast precasting works.
Application is best achieved by spraying techniques using a Gloria 410T Sprayer or Mesto Ferrox plus sprayer with an 8002 or 8003 Nozzle, or our in barrel air driven pumped spray system.
