TEKNICON Concrete chemical release agent is a slower drying type chemical release agent formulated to give easy release of formwork and quality surface finishes to concrete. Suitable for use with many form liner systems, Steel forms, all MDO & HDO ply and Wisa-Form Phenolic ply. Due to its Non-Flammable and Low Hazard label this product is the preferred release agent in enclosed environments such as pre-cast factories, tunnels and basements.

Has been used on major projects such as the Lee Tunnel and Tideway Tunnel.

Application by sprayers such as a Mesto Ferrox Plus 3585P with an 8001 tip is recommended.

Coverage is 25-60m²/ltr dependent on type of formwork, it’s absorbency and profile
