TEKNICAST ULTRA is a very special blend of carriers and non crystalline waxes with the added benefit of a UV DYE. It has been designed for the Pre-Cast industry to ensure a superior release and a surface finish for all types of architectural concrete whether using grey or white cement. The inclusion of a UV dye allows checking of moulds once sprayed for any misses that may have occurred with a simple hand held UV light, these misses can then be treated.
TEKNICAST ULTRA should be used in casting situations requiring a very high quality finish with a smooth, homogeneous and bubble-free surface. Can be applied to all types of mould surfaces including metal, varnished or untreated wood, GRP, polyester or polystyrene, and mould liner systems.
