Shuttafill is a two part polyester based filler consisting of a dark brown coloured paste and reactive hardener specially developed to repair damage on Formwork Panels and shuttering.
When mixed together, applied and allowed to cure will form a strong hard mass which can be sanded and profiled to requirements.
It offers good abrasion resistance and durability. It is most suitable for use on Phenolic Coated Ply Forms, as the final colour is very sympathetic to most Phenolic boards available in the UK, allowing near “invisible” repairs to be carried out. It can also be used on any type of Timber, Metal, or Fibre Glass Formwork and for any general wood repairs.
